First time having a Hollywood, wasn’t sure what to expect. Indi was friendly and chatty which put me at ease. She made sure I was comfortable and was happy to go at my pace when things got a little intense. I would definitely recommend Indi, and indeed, Harborne Spa to anyone.

My sister and I recently treated our mum to one of the cream tea packages. It was fantastic. We loved the little touches such as the staff giving our mum a bag of Dermalogica goodies as a treat for her as it was a special day. Wow! Wow! Wow. My skin has never looked so good. I had the hydrofacial and it really felt like my skin was getting a deep cleanse. Will be revisiting.
