It is with a very heavy heart that we share some difficult news with you.

In the early hours of Thursday 8th January, a fire broke out at our spa. The fire service has since ruled this as a freak accident, caused by an electrical fault where our CCTV system overheated in the office. Thankfully, no one was harmed, but there has been considerable damage to the first floor of the building.

As you can appreciate, we are all devastated and still very much in shock.

Please be assured that we are doing absolutely everything we can to reopen as soon as possible. However, we also want to be realistic and transparent with you — the first floor has sustained significant damage and will take some time to fully restore. The ground floor has more superficial damage, and we are hopeful that we will be able to resume trading there sooner.

In the meantime, we are incredibly grateful to be able to support our wonderful Harborne team by offering Harborne Spa services from our two sister locations:

We are working hard to be up and running by the end of this week. As an added positive during this challenging time, we’re excited to also be able to offer the trending Japanese Hair Spa experience at Pickles in the Jewellery Quarter.

I want to assure you that we will be resuming services, and as a small gesture of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, we will be offering discounted treatments and complimentary add-ons once we reopen.
