I was feeling really drained and achy before my full body massage, and left feeling so relaxed and calm. The atmosphere was lovely and I felt well looked after.

This is a regular Spa for me, Laura was great. Facial was done quickly and efficiently. Hot stone massage was one of the best I’d had, excellent! Really helped my stress retaining shoulders and knots. The spa is being extended into upstairs, so I was in a new treatment room, it’s larger than the ones downstairs which was a great idea. I’ve said it before I like this place as it’s local and it uses dermologica.

Types of Massage Offered Here:
Relaxing Massage
A relaxing massage helps eliminate accumulated muscle tension and relieves stress.
- First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention.
- Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress with complete privacy.
- Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions.
- Then the therapist incorporates long, flowing strokes and checks to make sure the pressure level is adequate.
- After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary.
Sometimes a soft, soothing massage is all you need to manage a high-stress job or a moment of exceptional tension.
Deep Tissue Stress Relieving Massage
During a deep tissue massage, a firmer pressure is used and more specific attention is paid to muscle knots or trigger points.
- First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention.
- Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level.
- Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions.
- Then the therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, friction and vibration and regularly checks to ensure that the pressure is firm enough.
- As trigger points are located, direct pressure is applied to release the knots.
- After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary.
If you have specific muscles or trigger points that need individual attention, a deep tissue massage can help ease tension, increase the range of motion, and relieve chronic pain.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a perfect way to relieve stress and muscle tension and reset any postural problems that have developed from repetitive motions or overuse of specific muscles.
- First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention.
- Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level.
- Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions.
- Then the therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, friction and vibration throughout the duration of the massage.
- After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary.
A Swedish massage is a perfect solution for built-up tension and an ideal way to soothe overworked muscles.
Aromatherapy Massage
The aromatherapy massage combines soothing Swedish massage techniques with essential oil aromatherapy.
- First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that need special attention.
- Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress with complete privacy.
- While outside, your therapist adds fragrant, essential oils to the massage cream or oil.
- Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions and gradually transitions into a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction, using the aromatic massage oil throughout.
- After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary.
Aromatherapy makes an already relaxing and invigorating massage all the more therapeutic.
Indian Head

- First, oil is gently applied to the hair and scalp.
- Then your therapist warms your skin with long, flowing effleurage strokes.
- Next, your therapist carefully rubs and massages across the scalp, forehead, neck and shoulders.
If you’re looking for a soothing, energising massage treatment, allow these experienced, talented therapists to introduce you to the world of Indian head massage.
Hot Stone
This indulgent massage uses gently warmed basalt stones to allow your therapist to work deeper into the areas of concern.
- First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention.
- Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress with complete privacy.
- Once you are ready, your therapist begins by placing the warmed stones on specific trigger points on your body.
- After your muscles are warmed, the therapist uses long strokes, circular movements, vibration, tapping and kneading to ease out all the knots in your body.
- At the end of your treatment, the therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary.
Clients can expect relief from muscle tension and pain, improved circulation, reduced levels of stress and anxiety alongside an overall sense of well-being.
